Born and raised in Lisbon, with a fantastic smile and positive energy, Marta is People and Culture Partner @Salsify, a software company focused on empowering brand manufacturers to win on the digital shelf.
Passioned by people management, recruitment and people related topics, she shared a negative leadership example around micromanagement, something very characteristic to a lot of leaders out there. On a positive leadership example, she shared an incredible story of a successful restructuring of a company done by a leader who was able to do this difficult task but bringing people onboard, listening and always taking people as a top priority.
