Perhaps it was the season change or a lot of stuff that I've been deflecting, but I recently went through an internal storm that had me in a very dark place, a place that I haven't been to in awhile. Rather than avoiding it or running from it like I would have in my past, I decided to strap in and experience everything that it had to throw at me.
