Scripture: 2nd Corinthians 1 : 3-4

2020 has not been a pleasant year for most of us. Some of us can't even wait for the year to end. While the lockdown was a blessing in disguise for a few, it was a big nightmare for others. Think about it. What started out as a pandemic soon led to other unfortunate incidents such as loss of jobs, loss of pay, loss of livelihoods, loss of heath etc. Many of us had gone through personal tragedies, either related to Covid or outside of Covid. W would have faced many uncertainties, mishaps and trials. I am sure that many of us are right now hurting, who are brokenhearted, weary, lonely and scared. Probably some of us are in situations,  that we wish will soon pass away. Probably, some of you will be in situations, wondering to yourselves, why am I going through this? Probably, some of us do not know the way out. How can we as the Church, help those who are hurting? Have we found ourselves in situations where, we really wanted to help, but we did not know how to start? What would we say? Do we fear that we would offend or even worse hurt the person we are trying to help?
