Description

Journaling has many documented benefits: helps to reduce stress and improve conditions such as anxiety and depression. Today, I want to talk about how I’ve used journaling to help get me out of a rut, highlight negative patterns and just generally be an all-around helpful process. If you don’t journal already, hopefully, I’ll be able to convince you to start and show you some of the tips I use to help me in my day-to-day.
