We catch up with Zac Shander-Kelsey, Co-Founder of CONNEX. Zac speaks about how they took the restrictions they were given and turned it into an opportunity. As a smaller startup, one can take advantage of the ability to make quicker decisions will less red tape to go through, resulting in faster actions being taken to change directions when necessary. We also discuss the recruitment landscape for grads, working from home, and leading by active listening.

Zac Shander-Kelsey graduated from The University of Bath studying Management, where he launched CONNEX. A start-up connecting students to industry leading events such as conferences, to reduce network poverty and improve student employability. Most recently, Zac co-leads a student run non-profit called coronaunity, to connect students with non-profits that are struggling through the CoronaVirus.
