Connor Heaney joins David on episode 8 of our Leaders Series! They discuss how important it was to create a workforce management strategy for remote teams at CXC Global, even before the pandemic. He speaks about his own experience delegating and creating an international leadership team and explains how they have built a new platform that streamlines onboarding processes across different locations while taking international compliance into consideration.
Having spent the majority of his career in resource and talent management, Connor has accumulated significant experience within solutions sales, product development, and operational delivery for CXC, in the UK and wider EMEA. Connor has a proven track record of successfully growing revenues, profits, and teams, with a passion for building and maintaining transformational relationships. From Ireland, Connor leads CXC EMEA working alongside our CEO, Chairman, and Founder to execute the CXC vision in shaping the future of work. Connor’s focus is on solving our clients’ contingent workforce problems; he thoroughly enjoys playing a part in their daily success stories. Raised in Belfast, Connor is now based in Dublin with his wife and daughter. Outside of the office he enjoys cycling, watching rugby and playing tennis.
