We're kicking off our season 2 with Dave Fenton, VP of Services at Ancoris, a Google Cloud services supplier. David sits down with Dave to talk about working in disruptive industries and future proofing your business, developing graduate communities within your business to keep your business fresh and competitive, and reacting quickly to business opportunities. The two Dave's also discuss the Google product set in the cloud, competition within the market, and learning from Google as a leader.
Dave has over 25 years of experience leading Service organisations at a worldwide, European, and UK level and joined Ancoris in 2011 to lead its services organisation, covering pre-sales support, project delivery, consultancy, support, training and software development.
Prior to joining Ancoris, he was Operations Director at Kroll OnTrack, providing technology-driven services and software for e-discovery into “Magic Circle” Law firms, and his experience also includes running Managed Desktop Services delivery across Europe at CSC Computer Sciences Corp (now DXC); delivering anti money laundering projects into global banks at Searchspace (including introducing one of the first SaaS offerings in the marketplace), service product management leadership at IBM, and Global support leadership at Sequent (now IBM).
Outside of work, Dave is a keen follower of most things rugby related having played or trained teams for many years (though he hung up his boots a few years ago), spending time riding his motorbike, or playing very random golf.
