Phil has spent the last 15 years building and scaling Fintechs. Initially working as a trader and investment manager, he went on to lead teams tasked with scaling retail platforms to mass market adoption in both the B2B and B2C space. As part of this effort, he interviewed over 10,000 people about their finances and where they were struggling and used this knowledge to develop tools aimed at improving the financial health of the UK. Phil is the Founder and CEO of Accru, a startup aiming to make the high-yields available in crypto safe and accessible to everyone. Phil is passionate about improving the world's financial health. He is the author of The Money Triangle proceeds of which supports various financial education charities.
Louis has spent the last 15 years building highly scalable and well tested full stack web and mobile applications. These days he specialises in React, TypeScript and AWS infrastructure. He is currently CTO of Accru, a startup aiming to make the high-yields available in crypto safe and accessible to everyone.
