Edgar Rivera is the Director of Technology from Dream To Succeed and joins us to talk about creating a global network of undiscovered talent. Edgar currently works in the UK as a Cloud Consultant and also leads as Director of Technology for a non-profit organization called DreamToSucceed, which focuses on helping and inspiring other latinos to achieve their dreams and develop their skills in the STEM area. He is an experienced Software Engineer and very passionate about server-side web development, web design, rich internet applications, and leading-edge technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence. Edgar is originally from Medellin (Colombia) and developed his career in Europe working for top 500 fortune companies and big banks, developing and implementing applications that serve millions of users. He is also a certified Master Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
