Consistency is one of the biggest factors influencing your fitness journey. It will make or break your progress and whether or not you reach your fitness goals. I will talk about consistency as it relates to fitness (or any goal) until the day I die! Sounds dramatic, but I’ve seen amazing things happen with my clients and in my own fitness journey when we keep showing up for ourselves. You deserve to see your fitness goals through as well.
