2. 3 question exercise
3. Write out your story of when/how you knew you were and actor and artist.
The 3 question exercise
Question 1. What am I being so hard on myself about/beating myself up about? --write out all the stuff in your head that you feel bad about
Question 2. Why am I justifying being so hard on myself about it? --write out all resons why you think it's ok to be so mean to yourself
Question 3. What am I not giving myself credit for?--write out EVERYTHING you do. EVERYTHING. EVERY LITTLE THING. look at that and understand that in not giving yourself credit for the small things, you will never give yourself credit for the big things or feel deserving of love, praise, or recognition for you work.
