Episode 12 (my favorite number)! This episode is all about loooove - the importance of love, how it is much more than the feeling you feel in a romantic relationship, and blockages around accepting and/or giving love. Love is all around you, every day, wherever you are, no matter if you choose to pay attention or not. I promise you if you do take a moment to pay attention, you'll be able to see just how surrounded you are by love. I also encourage you to take some time after listening to think deeper about how you can show love more in your daily life, to yourself and others. It will only fill your cup up that much higher.
