Episode 3! This episode is part 1 of a 2 part series about self-love (even though it is a topic that will be included in almost every episode in the future due to its importance and necessity for personal growth). After you experience a difficult heartbreak, it is difficult to connect with your own sense of self love. My hopes for this episode is that it allows people to think deeper about their own sense of self love and how it can improve, and how to heal wounds connected with past and/or present heartbreak they have experienced. This feels like my most vulnerable episode to date, but it is necessary when it comes to sharing about pain and what you've learned from overcoming it. As I mentioned in this episode, I am available as a shoulder to lean on if you ever need a friend after a difficult heartbreak or in any moment of grief & healing.
