Episode 10! It's hard to believe we're in the double digits of episodes now, and what an episode to get here with. More often than not, Anger is an emotion that is a blanket over deeper emotions that you may feel you are not ready to reconcile with. Anger is a protector, it means well and can come from a place of love, but ultimately it is not meant to be a permanent guest in your mind. We have all been angry, for a many different reasons, and that feeling is one that always deserves a conversation (even if it is to tell yourself you are getting angry over something not worth your energy)! My hope for you, as well as myself, is that when anger arises you are able to sit with it and understand the source of your pain. Most importantly, make sure if you are choosing to move through your anger by venting to another person that you ask their permission first - we are all going through many emotions at any given time and it is best not to unload on someone you care about before you ask if they are in the right headspace to hear it.
