When you are born in fear you grow up looking for love. My conversation with Coach Val was a wonderful reminder that love is a game changer.
Coach Val ( Valerie Dupre) is a certified life and conflict resolution coach, healing touch and EFT practitioner. Her focus is to empower single parents to strengthen theirs and their children’s resiliency through mindfulness practices. She is currently writing an autobiography on her journey of self acceptance, forgiveness, compassion and owning her story even if it meant being a legitimate child of rape.
