It's week 1 of the Own Your Movement series! This week, we are talking about the hip hinge and it's application in just about everything we do. I've been excited to talk about this for a while because hinging is a deterrent for so many people in choosing not to squat or deadlift, and when done wrong, can be a source for low back pain and injury!
