I LOVED this discussion. We are blessed to have Steve Croyle as our worship director at church. He is truly someone who influences me in my walk with the Lord. I love hearing his thoughts and musings on God's character and this episode is not short on either. I knew it would be a great discussion and I was right!
Steve is a learner of Jesus Christ, husband to Andrea, father to Elijah and Elise, and pastor of worship and adult discipleship to the congregation at Mountain View Community Church in Snohomish, WA. He worked as a recording artist in the Christian music industry with the band FFH in the late 90’s before moving from Nashville, TN back to his rural hometown area of Huntingdon, PA, where he worked as director of youth ministries for about 14 years, the latter 12 of which were at Huntingdon Christian and Missionary Alliance. In 2014, he and his family, with their tetherball-loving rat terrier named Maestro, headed west to grow and serve alongside the wonderful community of people at MVCC. Steve is an introverted internal processor and an avid cyclist, enjoying the headspace afforded by many hours alone in the saddle.
We talked so much about introvert vs. extrovert and how we each worship and live life with Jesus in different ways. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Steve's email is steve@mvccweb.org if you want to drop him a line.
