PGR contributor Peyton Williams caught up with Salem Greyhounds' head coach Josh Watson to get his thoughts following the Greyhounds' dominant, 34-8 victory over the Riverview Raiders. An impressive defensive performance was the key to such a lopsided victory.
Coach Watson discussed the importance of continuing the defensive effort and the rivalry that exists with next week's opponent: the Melbourne Bearkatz.
The Greyhounds now sit at 3-1 as they will hit the road next week. They will travel 30 minutes down the road to face the Bearkatz of Melbourne High School in a rivalry game.
