Episode 18: In the past few months, I noticed that I have been working until late at night and even on weekends, feeling physically tired and mentally unfocused. I realized that I was spending more time with my work to meet deadlines than with the important people in my life. I thought I just need to "balance" my work time and personal time, but it did not improve my well-being.
