On today's podcast I talk with former Minnesota Duluth Women's Hockey player Sydney Brodt about her College Hockey Experience. We also talk about her journey to D1 College Hockey. In her College hockey career she was one of only two Bulldogs ever to wear the āCā for three seasons. In her senior year she finished second in team scoring, putting up 41 points on 19 goals and 22 assists in just 36 games, and in the process, shattered previously season-high offensive numbers... logged 20 points -- nine goals and 11 assists in 15 games against teams ranked nationally...finished her career with the 21st most points by a Bulldog in program history -- 98 -- on 40 goals and 58 assists over 141 games...named to the 2019-20 All-WCHA Third Team, and was also a three-time WCHA Scholar Athlete, as well as three-time WCHA All-Academic Team honoree after picking up both accoldas her senior season...earned World Championship gold with the U.S. National Team in April of 2019, contributing two assists.
