In this episode, we discuss the steps on how to get to and stay in flow. Flow is a state of mind in which a person becomes fully immersed in an activity and creates energized focus. It can be compared with what runners experience when they hit a point of complete euphoria combined with reduced anxiety and absolute focus at the moment, aka “Runner’s High” or “In the Zone”. However, you do not necessarily need to be active to be in a zone, you can be in a creative zone or even a work zone. In essence, flow is characterized by the complete absorption in what one is doing, and it results in emerging action, awareness, and focus.
