In today's episode,  we talk about how one's mindset directs attention, frames situations and circumstances, as well as defines who they are and who they may become.  

There is tremendous power in our thoughts alone.  We have all heard the quote by Henry Ford stating “Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you are right”.  We are in full agreement and firmly believe that your thoughts either empower you or become your downfall.  

So you may be asking, where does one start?  You can start with something as simple as movement!  Movement is all about ACTION and in many cases, the step needed to begin your journey to a healthier and happier YOU. Have you heard "sitting is the new smoking" well it is true, especially during this Pandemic time when so many of us now work from home.  We need movement now more than ever!  Movement has been linked to less stress, getter health, and more productivity.  Even just moving 10 minutest 3x a day can make a difference.
