In 2021, more than 42 million employees left their jobs which the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports was 60% higher than in 2020. Some are calling it “The Great Resignation” and say it goes deeper than just corvid-19 after-effects. Perhaps it was the time many employees were unexpectedly given when sent to work from home that had many of them thinking.
