Description

on the 26th episode of Judy's Jungle Alexandra Tweten joins us to share some jams and talk about her book and her podcast. You can find Alexandra (dj tuff titties) playing records all over town and hosting dating games in bars across town. She takes us on a specific route, starting off with a monster jam from Frigid Pink's second album Defrosted. She then dives into a Buckingham Nicks song and testifies about her love of Fleetwood Mac, the love runs deep. Alexandra introduced me to Linda Ronsdadt doing a Little Feat cover that blew me away and then went onto share some Gram Parsons and wraps it up with John Price. The songs flow steady and it is so smoothing hearing her talk about the music she brought over. We spend a lot of time talking about her first book that she published, "Disses, Dick Pics, and other delights of modern dating".  It's a very smartly written book about online dating and all the trials and tribulations that go along with it. The book developed from the podcast that Alexandra does "Bye Felipe"that in general offers advice to other females finding online dating discouraging. It is a funny and enthralling conversation and Alexandra makes a lot of good points. It was an honor to have her over and sip on champagne on a Sunday afternoon while the sun was letting in light through the curtains and into the living room. Enjoy this one, and good luck out there in the dating world. Whenever you are feeling down and out, turn on "Bye Felipe" because this much is true, you are not alone.
