Dont Tempt Me, Please!
Our God may send or use trials to build our faith and our character, but He will never tempt us to live contrary to His design for us. That will only come from the world, or from our enemy, or from our biggest enemy: ourselves. We can only combat that by exercising the type of self-discipline that comes with being led by and fueled by the Holy Spirit.
So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
