How are we starting our mornings? I try to do better with how I start my morning. But sometimes that McDonald's gets you!
This episode goes into what a healthy morning might look like before we check those social media platforms. Also, one of the topics of this episode is the upcoming election. A developing theme to keep an eye on for this election will be if voters vote out of fear or love. Law and Order have always been a race-baiting tool to scare suburbanites. While at the same time muting the voices of people of color on a mainstream level. At the end of the day, voting from a place of fear is the illusion of choice.
🎧 Much better start to the day, let social media wait at least an hour. Pray. Meditate. Go walking, see some eyeballs, make eye-to-eye contact. Remind yourself of who you are.
🎧 Push past the fear, understand your choices, and decide to vote out of love of this country instead of fear of “the other.”
🎧 Our government is woefully unresponsive to the people’s needs during this pandemic. A plan could have easily been enacted but we have a stagnant government with republican leadership of the senate, the stimulus to the country doesn’t serve its purpose. Who’s the leader? Mitch. Hey Mitch.
🎧 This pandemic is a wake-up call. We have an opportunity to reverse the damages we’ve done to this planet. Be safe, enjoy yourselves, stay well. And let’s keep working and striving for that Supreme Harmony.
