*Listener Discretion is Warned* This episode will touch on some heavy subjects and may trigger some listeners.
In this episode, we are joined by Melissa, the Latina Host of Moments with Melissa Podcast. On this podcast collab episode, both Melissa and Stephany disclose the ordeal of the traumatic events surrounding each of their siblings and how that altered their relationship with God, their families, and themselves. Both Melissa and Stephany will go into detail about how such events affected their mental health and the repercussions that ensued for not seeking help earlier and for not being a space where talking about the struggles of mental health was normalized. We hope this episode will shine some light on the importance of prioritizing one's mental health.
