Jessica Pamonicutt is the Executive Chef & Owner of Ketapanen Kitchen, Chicago’s first and only Native American Pop-Up Kitchen & Catering Company which has recently started to operate daily at the Field Museum of Chicago. As a chef, Jessica was trained at Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. She is an enrolled member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. She was born on the reservation and raised in Chicago, where she still resides.
