'Pesca Peru' is a Peruvian restaurant located in Easton, Pennsylvania. It is run by a family of Peruvian immigrants who are proud of serving authentic and delicious Peruvian cuisine.
In this clip Lupe Ramírez, the owner and chef, describes her favorite dish on the menu, 'Lomo Saltado' (marinated strips of sirloin steak fried in soy sauce, red onion and tomatoes with crispy fries, coriander, yellow Peruvian ají peppers, and rice), and a pitcher of 'Chicha Morada', a traditional corn beverage from Northern Peru.
The interview was conducted in Spanish with the Peruvian journalist Luis Deza León, a frequent contributor to Radio Aula Mundi.
