Description

Tim Brookes is a British travel writer and wood carver who lives in  upstate New York and whose work focuses on endangered alphabets and  cultures. One of his many goals and causes is to act as a resource for  indigenous and minority communities work to revitalize their languages,  written and spoken.

He has created an online atlas of endangered alphabets and a game called 'Ulus' based on Mongolian writing and mythology.
