I highly recommend that you do not disqualify a property based on the listing description or photos alone. If a property is in the right neighborhood, it’s worth checking out sometime to get lucky and it could be a surprise. It’s better than you thought. In person, it can be better than you thought and that’s a fact, sometimes there details it just are not mentioned in the short description on the listing so go and see the properties if it all possible
