Prior to his current role, he was the Non-Executive Director of Companies House and is currently also the Vice Chair of the European Crowdfunding Network and Chairman of the Coalition for a Digital Economy (Coadec). Jeff has an MBA from Said Business School, University of Oxford, and has Laos studied at the University of Virginia School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
