He began his career as a chartered engineer, worked at PwC for 21 years specialising in Aerospace and & Defence and joined Bain & Company in 2022, providing expertise in Aerospace & Defence and Advanced Manufacturing & Services. Roland holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Birmingham University.
