In this episode we are joined by an old friend, Jordan Duke. We dive into a story from work and seeing some emotions not properly handled to talk about how we, especially as men, are not taught emotional intelligence. From there we talk with Jordan about his journey, our journeys and see some great parallels come out. For being unplanned and not much guidance on the episode itself Jordan really came in and delivered some great content much in alignment with us and our goals/messages.
