In episode 19, we speak on a tendency we have as humans that the Bible illustrates in Luke 17:11-19 where Jesus heals the 10 lepers. Jesus heals all 10 lepers but only 1 of them comes back to Him praising God and falling at His feet. The other 9 went to the priests to be declared clean so they could get back into society and resume life as normal even after Jesus answered their prayers. We as humans also have a tendency to start praying and move closer to God when we have hard times or when we need a prayer answered but then when He answers it, we go back to life as normal and forget about God. Also, sometimes we can get mad at God and go our own way when we feel like He doesn’t answer our prayer or when we fall on hard times. In either situation, we have to remember that God is in control and He works all things for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose but God is not a genie and He doesn’t exist for our purposes. We actually exist for His purposes and the sooner we realize that and submit to Him, the better our lives and the world as a whole will be! Finally, as always we also play some dope new Christian rap to make you nod your head!
