That people differ from each other is obvious. How and why they differ is less clear. Many differences between individuals are undoubtedly because of differences in their genes. But, the result of the final difference among people include also the physical environment, social environment, personality and culture. Individuals differ, of course, because biological processes are inherently variable. Differences are important because help to increase diversity.
