During self examinations, we see our real selves, and at times it is not a good sight. We at times look in the mirror of Torah and see a familiar spirit, the spirit of Cain controlling our lives. When in reality we need to break the spirit of Cain and cause righteousness to reign within us and not darkness. Breaking the attributes of Cain is what we must do to be acceptable to Yahweh.
