Seeing people transformed is the heartbeat of every pastor. It can be incredibly discouraging when we don't see it happen. Finding qualified men and women to serve in the leadership of the church is equally difficult. Is there a solution?
Titus was given a similar mandate by the Apostle Paul, in a place where the citizens were known for being the polar opposite of Biblical Christianity. Before he could install elders in every church, they first had to fit the qualifications. This would take a radical transformation. How is that possible?
