Pastors are called to be soul watchers, and soul watching is hard work. These days, it seems even harder. In this episode, I just kind of give voice to some of my frustrations. If you get frustrated when it seems all you hear from other pastors is rah, rah, knock 'em down kind of rhetoric. This isn't that.
I believe in what I do, but that doesn't mean it's easy, or I don't get discouraged sometimes. Let's talk about it.
