There are few subjects I am more passionate about when it comes to pastors than this one. The frustration and defeat that so many pastors experience when their church could, but don't pay them anything like a fair wage. Guilt, scriptural abuse, social bullying, and the fact that most pastors love their people and don't want to fight with them or seem self-serving, all compound to make the situation a no-win for many pastors in small to medium-sized churches.
Well, I am taking the gloves off in this episode for the sake of every good pastor out there who needs someone to say it.
