All of the time I get this question or assumptions that I’m Indian or Sri Lankan AFTER I tell them I’m Australian. Is it just me that finds this frustrating? Is it because I’m adopted? Do families that immigrate and have children born and raised in their new homes face the same questions? Let me know what you have experienced or your thoughts.
