I have been wanting to put out another message on The Joy Foster Podcast, from myself, finally here it is!! While enjoying my new discovered, delicious Nespresso, delish… so many thoughts rolling around my head, it was hard to keep track on all of them. Regrets, loving oneself, comparing, health, respecting others and sharing. As I said in this heartfelt message, take a moment and look in the mirror.
