We all have seen pictures of very happening New York Timesquare. Behind the scene, a lot people are working hard to keep this metropolitan city vibrant and diverse. Making way to NYC without any plan half a decade ago, Curio was lucky to land at the talent acquisition team of WeWork, the now very well-known sexy "Real Estate" company. Joining the company at its hyper-growth stage opened a lot of doors for her, that she subsequently moved to organizational development, and now with people analytics. She shared about the role LinkedIn played in this transition journey, also the reason she is keen to further develop her career with product management to empower her cross-country mobility plan.
