Does efficiency make a problem in a developing city? Fortunately not, per Hes, who appreciates the growth mindset of Vietnamese youth a lot. He initially took up an opportunity and moved to the city to enjoy a fast-track career, by bringing in his marketing agency expertise to this country where the marketing scene is said to be 10-years behind the first-tier cities Hes received his training and education. He spoke about HKer's edge and the package difference moving into an emerging market and how language might be a barrier for junior roles.
