For years, that sentence lived on the doors of my studios as a reminder to trust yourself. At the time, trust felt aspirational — something to reach for, earn, perform.
I understood it in my head, but I wasn’t living inside my body. Like many high-functioning people, I looked fine. Capable. Successful. Together.
But underneath, I was disconnected — moving fast, overriding myself, repeating patterns I didn’t yet see. This podcast is about how we leave ourselves… how we notice the habits and patterns that keep us disconnected…and how we come back.

Through the body.
Through how we feel, move, speak, express, and relate.Through desire, nourishment, boundaries, intimacy, and belonging.
