For many of them, they started their business on the side while they were still working full-time for someone else. Then years past and they become frustrated because they still can't stop working for someone else because their business is not growing.
A big reason for that failure is not understanding how to grow their business. They were so focused on starting it (as in getting an LLC) and a website and their unrealistic plan, that they end up failing.
