This is a subject very close to my heart as a neurodiverse individual and I’ve been wanting to have someone on this hugely important topic for some time. I’m thrilled Luke who works in learning and development in the insurance sector takes us through his journey. We both discuss a raft of experiences from his early diagnosis contrastingly to my recent diagnosis. It’s an honest account very much made to showcase our superpowers but also, to discuss that more support, education and awareness is needed to enable us to thrive.
