Description

Welcome to the opening episode of Addicted to the Man. I’m your host, Heni Kovacs and I’m super excited to have you here with me because this space, this platform is created with you in mind. Yes, you who’s listening on the other end yearning to be seen, to be heard, to be acknowledged, validated and empathised with.
Did you stop scrolling because something in the name of the podcast made your heart skip a beat, or perhaps you could see yourself in the image of the woman, on her knees, in pain, misery, heartache, throwing herself into the fate of the unknown, yet hopeful, longing and trusting that she can liberate herself?
Whatever the reason that lead you here, I am honoured that you are here and I applaud you for showing up. My wish and my desire for you and for myself and for all of us, is to find safety and comfort in this space so that we can allow ourselves to let our guards down, and ease into true, authentic, raw, honest sharing of our human experience and find the thread that connects us all in this web of life.
I hear you, I see you and I am here with you. My quest to free myself from my internalised self oppression has lead me here, ready to open up fully, inviting you to join me as we boldly challenge our limiting beliefs and start ripping off the chains of our conditionings, and start breaking free of generational patterns.
Who will we emerge as when we no longer conform to the rigid ideas impressed upon us by society, culture and the toxic ways of patriarchy? When we no longer feel the need to bow down, play small and shrink to fit into whatever constraint we have led ourselves believe we needed to be in.
So meet me here, once a week, and be ready to receive life changing transmissions as we embark on our journey to self liberation. My promise to you is that I will show up fully transparent, vulnerable, open and receptive evoke radical change.
The first episode drops on June 18th, so please follow this podcast and join me here and as Ram Dass would say - let’s walk each other home.
