In this episode I’ve invited Rusali Adhikari. She’s from Palpa. Currently studying Electrical Engineering in Pulchowk Campus.
She is a very emotionally sensitive person and after living first 20 years of her life not knowing where she belonged and thinking she was flawed, she got to know about her personality trait [ Highly Sensitive Person ] when trying to find a solution for her so called “problem” everyone said she had.
She shares her story and wants to make people aware that we should normalize being sensitive and that way we can advocate kindness and compassion which this world needs the most.
