Nikyta Moreno has always had a love for movement and how one can move and express and release their thoughts and feelings through movement. She attended Performing Arts Conservatories and then moved on to a professional dance career in the UK & USA. Alongside dancing professionally, she's certified in Pilates and Yoga. Currently, she's training in two different movement methods and dancing at the same time. All of which help people feel stronger, lighter, and more flexible.
